Buried at Sea
Available in 500ml Bottle – Alcohol: 4.5% – Country: Ireland
This is a Chocolate milk stout from the Galway Bay brewery, based in Salthill since 2009. This is a decadent and complex stout brewed with milk sugars and chocolate to give rich flavours and body.

Chimay Blue

This is a Trappist beer from Scourmont Abbey near the Walloon town of Chimay.
It is a beautifully balanced crisp and refreshing with a distinctive floral and spicey hop character. A perfect introduction to the world of Trappist beers.

Rodenbach Grand Cru
Available in 330ml Bottle – Alcohol: 6% – Country: Belgium
Voted Best Ale in the World at the World Beer awards this is simply an incredible beer. Highly complex featuring sweet and sour fruit flavours, oak, vanilla, a touch of brown sugar , cherries and a malty character. The Finish is surprisingly dry despite the fruitiness, it has been described as the “Burgundy of Beers”

Stonewell Med Dry
Available on Draught – Alcohol: 6.0% – Country: Ireland
This is a classic cider. With a wonderful fresh apple juice aroma and effervescence that tickles the nose the cider gives an initial burst of sweet apple flavour on the palate followed by citrus and woody notes derived from the bittersweet and Jonagored apples used as the base ciders. This carbonated cider is best enjoyed as a refreshing thirst quencher. The “Extra Dry” is also available in Bottle.

Hop House 13
Available on Draught – Alcohol: 4.1% – Country: Ireland
Named after an early 1900’s hop store building at St. James’s Gate where hops are still stored, Hop House 13 is a double-hopped lager made with Irish barley and aromatic hops and continues the 256 years of heritage and brewing excellence at St. James’s Gate.

Staropramen

Pilsner style continental lager with hops, yeast and fruity notes on the palate. Beautifully balanced and sublimely refreshing.

Budejovicky Budvar
Available in 500ml Bottle – Alcohol: 5% – Country: Czech Republic
Far more flavoursome than its American namesake primarily because this is an All Malt brew while the American version uses a large quantity of rice as an adjunct. Budvar is mellower and less hoppy than the other classic Czech Lagers.

Franziskaner Hefe

The “Champagne” of Wheat Beers, this “hefe” is unfiltered, unpasteurised and made without any preservatives in accordance with German “Purity Laws”. A spicey and fruity beer with a crisp yeasty finish.

Galway Bay Full Sail
Available in 500ml Bottle – Alcohol: 5.8% – Country: Ireland
The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. Light fruity sweetness upfront, pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Hints of zesty orange and a piney dry finish. Well balanced.
